1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Warmr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Warmr is a LinkedIn CRM and social selling platform that helps B2B professionals track interactions, score contacts, and automate engagement workflows. The Service includes a web application, Chrome extension, and associated APIs.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or LinkedIn's terms of service
  • Send unsolicited messages or spam through the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service to collect data for purposes not intended by the platform
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Resell access to the Service without written authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the property of Warmr. You retain ownership of any data you upload or create within the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warmr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
